Preschool Open Gym
An unsupervised parent and tot outing at the Rec Centre MPP Room by the main office where you can play on mats, bounce balls, run, jump and play with other tots. Great for Moms and Caregivers to get to know others while kids interact and socialize.

Munchkin & Youth YOGART
A combination Yoga and Art Class with Certified Yoga and Art Instructor Chantelle Stott that teaches meditation tools, body awareness, breathwork, gross & fine motor skills, group interaction, and teamwork done through storytelling, song, music and games with a drawing, painting, collage etc each
week that connects to the yoga theme!

Munchkin & Youth Sportball with Instructor Sam Vongprachanh
Sportball is a dynamic sports program focusing on skill development in 8 different sports: floor hockey, baseball, basketball, soccer, football, tennis, volleyball and golf. This creative, non-competitive and self-esteem building program prepares all children for a future of confident sports participation!
