Do you want to feel better and healthier on all levels - physically, mentally, and spiritually?    Well, that's exactly what the Body Mind & Spirit Expo is all about! The Expo showcases products, services, and resources for growth and fosters the individual quest for health, fitness and general well-being.   The Chestermere Babysitting Co-op will be providing free child care (max of 1 hour) for Expo visitors!

 

Experience our new “Interactive Room for All Ages” and discover a range of skills to help you enhance and preserve your Mental Well Being! Participants will be energized, empowered and educated through interactive displays and activities.
